Need us? Email is the most direct way. Below is what we can actually help with and what has to go through Binance — so you don't end up waiting in the wrong place.

Corrections, content questions, and partnerships all go to one address:

If you can tell us which page, which line, and what you saw, we can sort it out faster. We're a small team, so replies aren't instant — but we read every one.

Things we'd love to hear about

Things we can't help with — go to Binance

This is an independent information site. We're not Binance, and we can't touch your account or your funds. So the following can only be handled by Binance:

  • Can't log in, account under risk control, need it unlocked or appealed;
  • A withdrawal or deposit stuck, a wrong-chain transfer you want back, or a transaction status to check;
  • KYC verification, withdrawal review, limits, or anything about the safety of your funds.

Take those to Binance's own help center and support — we have no access and can't do it on your behalf. What we can do is point you, in our articles, to roughly where Binance's self-service appeal lives and how to walk it.

Who we are — and aren't

ChainTunnel is an independent guide with no affiliation, agency, or authorization from Binance. We'll never contact you in Binance's name, and we'll never ask for your password, verification codes, private key, or seed phrase — anyone claiming to be us and asking for those is an impostor, so just ignore them. For anything to do with logging in or your funds, always check the official domain binance.com.

To learn more about who we are, see About us; for risk and limits, see the disclaimer.
